Shipping policy
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35: flat rate of $4.99.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at rober0312@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
