How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 5–8 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

Do heatless curlers work on all hair types?

They work best on shoulder-length hair or longer and on straight or wavy hair. For best results, apply to slightly damp (not wet) hair and leave in for at least 2–3 hours or overnight.

How do I use an ice roller or gua sha?

Keep your ice roller in the freezer and roll gently over clean skin for a few minutes, moving upward and outward. For gua sha, apply a facial oil or serum first and glide the tool gently along your face. Avoid broken or irritated skin.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
